Agreements signed with Ege University are being implemented

On June 9 this year, within the framework of the international education forum held in the city of Izmir, the Republic of Turkey, we reported that among a number of Turkish universities7 long-term cooperation agreements were signed between two higher education institutions and Ege University .

Today, on July 16, within the framework of these agreements, the head of the Department of Literature, Turkish Language and Literature of Ege University, professor Selami Fidokor, and doctoral student of this department, Orzu Asarlar, visited Urganch State University to conduct scientific research.

As part of the visit, the guests met with the Rector of Urganch State University, Bakhrom Abdullayev. The meeting was attended by UrSU vice-rector for International Cooperations G. Orazboyev, dean of the faculty of Foreign philology Z. Jumaniyozov, dean of the faculty of Philology D. Gayipov and head of the department "Language and literature" of the regional pedagogue training institute in Urganch N. Sobirova.

Implementation of the issues discussed in the framework of cooperation at the official meeting, including the introduction of joint educational programs from the 2022-2023 academic year, mobility of professors and teachers and students, training of scientific and pedagogical personnel based on dual leadership, organization of scientific internships, teaching of foreign languages , archeology and water resources, effective organization of cooperative work on the development of fisheries were agreed upon.
