Children who have died or become disabled in the course of their service - without the recommendation test - are eligible for a non-quota state grant.

3. Children of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 3% quota vacancies - on a non-quota grant based on their recommendation

4. Winners of the Olympiad in the quota allocated on the basis of the state grant (according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from February 5, 1993 of No. PF-555) No. 226 of October).

9. Orphaned children in full state support (as per the quota-paying admission quota for the direction of education submitted by the applicant)

10. For applicants with a recommendation from the command of the military unit, based on the results of the test, 5% quota points - non-quota (Project)

15. Starting from the 2019/2020 academic year:
Those with a foreign language certificate of B1 or higher before 2019 will be given the maximum foreign language score.
Those who have a certificate of B2 or higher - who have enrolled in Philology (foreign language) education - will be given the maximum score in a foreign language.
Those with a foreign language certificate of B1 and above, with a foreign language of 2-3, are given the maximum score of a foreign language.
Holders of foreign countries certificates;
Those with a foreign language certificate of B2 or higher starting from the academic year 2020/2021 will be given a maximum score of foreign language.
