On January 30, a scientific-methodological seminar was held in room 448 at the Department of "English Language and Literature" of the Faculty of Foreign Philology at the Urgench State University.The scientific-methodological seminar was attended by professors and teachers of the "English Language and Literature" department and master's degree students. The topic of  the seminar was "Pragmatic Possibilities of Discourse Tenor" (Translations of U. Shakespeare's Comedies into Uzbek)  by Matnazarova Khayrinoso who is the teacher at the English language and literature department. The professors and teachers of the department expressed their opinions and comments on the topic. The organization of scientific-methodological seminar was emphasized as beneficial not only for professors and teachers but also for master's degree students
