The number of test items and evaluation criteria for subjects in the entrance exams for undergraduate programs for the 2026/2027 academic year

By the relevant decree of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the number of test items and evaluation criteria for subjects corresponding to undergraduate fields of study in higher education institutions of the Republic for the 2026/2027 academic year have been approved (the criteria remain unchanged from the previous year's admission).
According to it:
3 compulsory subjects for all applicants:

Mother tongue (Uzbek, Russian, Karakalpak) — 10 questions;

Mathematics — 10 questions;

History of Uzbekistan — 10 questions;

A total of 33.0 points (1.1 points per question for 30 questions).
2 major subjects corresponding to the undergraduate field of study:

1st subject: 30 questions x 3.1 points = 93.0 points

2nd subject: 30 questions x 2.1 points = 63.0 points

A total of 156.0 points for 60 questions.
For the 2026/2027 academic year admission, applicants will be given a total of 90 test items across 5 subjects. The maximum possible score is 189.0 points.
