I.O’quv fanining dolzarbligi va oliy kasbiy ta’limdagi o’rni.
Mustaqil respublikamizda yuz berayotgan siyosiy, iqtisodiy, ilmiy-texnikaviy va madaniybo’zgarishlar Xalq ta’limi tizimida ham o’z aksini topmoqda. O’zbekistonda uzluksiz ta’lim-tarbiya tizimini takomillashtirish, shu asosda ta’lim sifatini jahon andozalari darajasiga yetkazish ta’lim sistemasining eng dolzarb vazifasiga aylandi. Bu esa, barcha mutaxassisliklarni tayyorlash sifatini oshirishni ham taqozo etadi.
Mazkur dastur 5111800-Maktabgacha ta’lim yo’nalishi uchun qabul qilingan davlat ta’lim standarti, malaka talablari asosida “Matematika” fanidan tuzilgan bo’lib, to’plamlar nazariyasi, matematik mantiq elementlari, analitik geometriya, differensial va integral hisob, kombinatorika, ehtimolliklar nazariyasi va matematik statistika elementlari, tasodifiy hodisalar modellari qisqa kursini o’z ichiga oladi.

Fanning o'quv rejadagi boshqa fanlar bilan o'zaro bog'liqligi va uslubiy
jihatdan uzviy ketma-ketligi.
Matematika fani tabiiy-ilmiy fan hisoblanib, gumanitar fakultetlarda 2-semestrda o'qitiladi.
Matematika fani boshqa fanlar bilan uzviy bog'lanadi. Predmetlararo bog'lanishni to'g'ri amalga oshirish uchun o'qituvchi har bir fakultet xususiyatlarini hisobga olishi juda muhimdir.
Ma'ruzada matematika fanining asosiy ilmiy izlanishlari natijalariga tayangan holda, ilg'or o'qituvchilarning ish tajribasi bilan boyitilgan holda materiallar bayon qilinadi. Bu mashg'ulotlarda talabalar turli metodik yo'nalishga oid ma'ruzalar eshitish va bunda har bir mavzuga qay yo'sinda yondoshish muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini har tomonlama muhokama qilish bilan ham shug'ullanadilar. Talabalar o'z ma'ruzalarida shaxsiy mulohazalari, kuzatishlaridan bemalol foydalanish imkoniyatiga ega bo'ladilar.
Fanni o'qitishda zamonaviy axborot va pedagogik texnologiyalar
O'qitish texnologiyasi ma'lum predmet, mavzu va savollar doirasidagi aniq o'quv materialini o'zlashtirish yo'lini muayyan texnologiya atrofida ifoda etadi. Unda ko'proq xususiy metodika bilan bog'lanish xususiyatlari ochib beriladi. Pedagogik texnologiya esa ma'lumot texnologiyasini joriy etish taktikasini ifodalaydi va "o'qituvchi — pedagogik jarayon — talaba" funksional tizim qonuniyatlariga tegishli bilimlar asosida yoritilishi haqida bilim beriladi.
Talabalarga ma'ruzalarni bayon qilish jarayonida texnik vositalardan unumli foydalanish, grafaproektor yordamida slaydalardan va elektron darslik yoki boshqa texnik vositalardan foydalanishda pedagogik texnologiya yutuqlari, axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalanish ko'zda tutiladi. Talabalar nazariy va amaliy mashg'ulotlar jarayonida olgan bilimlari asosida zaruriy ko'nikmalarni egallaydilar. Ma'ruza va boshqa turdagi mashg'ulotlar turli o'quv ko'rgazma qurollari va texnik vositalar bilan jihozlanishi kerak. II. NAZORAT TURLARI
2-SEMESTR:
2.1. Ushbu semestrda fandan talabalar bilimini nazorat qilish oraliq va yakuniy nazorat turlarini o‘tkazish orqali amalga oshiriladi.
2.2. Oraliq nazorat 2-semestrning 13-14 haftasida talabaning bilim va amaliy ko‘nikmalarini baholash maqsadida o‘quv mashg‘ulotlari davomida 1 marta o‘tkaziladi.
2.3. Talabaning amaliy mashg‘ulotlari va mustaqil ta’lim topshiriqlarini bajarishi, shuningdek uning ushbu mashg‘ulotlardagi faolligi fan o‘qituvchisi tomonidan baholab boriladi. Baholash III-bo‘limda nazarda tutilgan mezonlar asosida quyidagi sonda amalga oshiriladi:

TALABALAR BILIMINI BAHOLASHDA UMUMIY QOIDALAR
1. Talabalar bilimini baholash 5 baholik tizimda amalga oshiriladi.
2. YAkuniy nazorat, Fizika matematika fakulteti fakultet dekani tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan (o‘quv ishlari bo‘yicha prorektor tasdiqlagan) YAkuniy nazorat turlarini o‘tkazish jadvaliga muvofiq o‘tkaziladi.
3. YAkuniy nazorat turini o‘tkazish va mazkur nazorat turi bo‘yicha talabaning bilimini baholash o‘quv mashg‘ulotlarini olib bormagan professor-o‘qituvchi tomonidan amalga oshiriladi.
Tegishli fan bo‘yicha o‘quv mashg‘ulotlarini olib borgan professor-o‘qituvchi yakuniy nazorat turini o‘tkazishda ishtirok etishi taqiqlanadi.
4. Agar ta’lim sifatini nazorat qilish bo‘limi tomonidan nazorat turlarini o‘tkazilish tartibi buzilganligi aniqlangan hollarda, o‘tkazilgan nazorat turlarining natijalari bekor qilinishi hamda tegishli nazorat turi qaytadan o‘tkazilishi mumkin.
5. Talaba tegishli fan bo‘yicha yakuniy nazorat turi o‘tkaziladigan muddatga qadar oraliq nazorat turini topshirgan bo‘lishlari shart.
6. Oraliq nazorat turini topshirmagan, shuningdek ushbu nazorat turi bo‘yicha «2» (qoniqarsiz) baho bilan baholangan talaba yakuniy nazorat turiga kiritilmaydi.
YAkuniy nazorat turiga kirmagan yoki kiritilmagan, shuningdek ushbu nazorat turi bo‘yicha «2» (qoniqarsiz) baho bilan baholangan talaba akademik qarzdor hisoblanadi.
7. Talaba uzrli sabablarga ko‘ra oraliq va (yoki) yakuniy nazorat turiga kirmagan taqdirda ushbu talabaga tegishli nazorat turini qayta topshirishga fakultet dekanining farmoyishi asosida ruxsat beriladi.
8. Talaba oraliq va (yoki) yakuniy nazorat turini birinchi marta qayta topshirishdan o‘ta olmagan taqdirda, fakultet dekani tomonidan komissiya tuziladi. Komissiya tarkibi tegishli fan bo‘yicha professor-o‘qituvchi va soha mutaxassislari orasidan shakllantiriladi.
Ikkinchi marta oraliq va (yoki) yakuniy nazorat turini o‘tkazish va talabani baholash mazkur komissiya tomonidan amalga oshiriladi.
9. Berilgan muddat davomida mavjud bo‘lgan qarzdorlikni topshira olmagan talaba bo‘yicha fakultet dekani bildirgi bilan oliy ta’lim muassasasi rektorini (boshlig‘ini, filial direktorini) xabardor qiladi va ushbu talaba rektor (boshliq, filial direktori) buyrug‘i asosida kursdan qoldiriladi.
10. Talaba baholash natijasidan norozi bo‘lgan taqdirda, baholash natijasi e’lon qilingan vaqtdan boshlab 24 soat davomida apellyasiya berishi mumkin. Talaba tomonidan berilgan apellyasiya fakultet dekani tomonidan tashkil etiladigan Apellyasiya komissiyasi tomonidan 2 kun ichida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Talabaning apellyasiyasini ko‘rib chiqishda talaba ishtirok etish huquqiga ega. Apellyasiya komissiyasi talabaning apellyasiyasini ko‘rib chiqib, uning natijasi bo‘yicha ushbu semestrda fanni o‘zlashtirgani yoki o‘zlashtira olmagani ko‘rsatilib qaror qabul qiladi, qarorni fakultet dekani va talabaga etkazilishini ta’minlaydi.
11. Nazorat turi bo‘yicha talabaning bilimi «3» (qoniqarli) yoki «4» (yaxshi) yoxud «5» (a’lo) baho bilan baholanganda, nazorat turini qayta topshirishga yo‘l qo‘yilmaydi.
